Peptide Online Digest is an independent literature digest covering three research peptides — BPC-157, ipamorelin and tirzepatide. Every factual claim on the site traces to a numbered entry on the references page, and every quantitative claim carries its source inline. There is no clinic behind it, no practice, no laboratory and no catalogue.

The three compounds were not chosen because they are similar. They were chosen because they are not: one is an approved prescription medicine with large controlled trials behind it, one is an unapproved compound whose single published trial in people missed its endpoint, and one is an unapproved compound with a large animal literature and three small human pilot reports. Read together they make a point that none of them makes alone.

Why the address says shop and the pages do not

This site sits at a domain whose name reads like a storefront. It is worth saying directly that there is nothing to browse here and nothing to order, because a reader arriving with that expectation deserves to be told in the first thirty seconds rather than the last.

The mismatch turned out to be productive. A name that promises a shop is a good place to publish the argument that the literature cannot function as one. No peer-reviewed paper can say where a compound came from, what a given preparation contains, or whether the material in front of a reader is what its label claims. Papers characterise their material before the experiment starts, precisely because a result about an uncharacterised substance would not be a result. That characterisation stays inside the study.
